First Graduate Certificate Tamilnadu – Is also known as “No Graduate Certificate” is given to students who want to pursue higher education.  With the help of this certificate, one may avail of concessions or scholarships. However, First Graduate Certificate is only available to those who have no graduates in the family including the siblings, provided they have not benefited from the First Graduate Certificate. The Tamil Nadu Government has appointed Tehsildar to look after the First Graduate Certificate 2024.

4. Download the form
